Back to School Tips:

Remember, if you're restarting your fitness routine after the summer, start realistically! Two, three or four times per week for the entire school year is much more effective than five or six times per week for one or two months.

Remember, you should change bad nutritional habits one at a time for long-term results! For example, start with 8-10 glasses of water per day, everyday for 30 days, then move on to another issue such as eating too late at night.

Remember, variety is the spice of life! Don't be afraid to diverisfy your routine to keep things interesting.
